Repeats prescriptions can be requested in a number of ways. We would encourage you to request prescriptions online whenever possible, as per the link at the top of this page.
However, prescriptions can also be requested over the phone through our prescription line, which is accessed through the touch menu at our main practice number of 0141 633 2345.
Finally, if you have a paper slip from your last prescription, you can tick on this which medicines you need and pop the slip into the box at our reception.
Under normal circumstances, we would recommend you leave 48 hours for your prescription to be available after you have requested it. However, due to the current pressures caused by coronavirus we would ask you be understanding if routine requests take a little longer.
It helps us to reduce footfall in the practice if we have your script sent directly to your local pharmacy for you to collect there. When requesting your prescription, please specify which pharmacy you would like the prescription sent to.
